ABOUT NOBLE SERVICES

Noble provides our clients with 3 sizes of SIM cards: standard, micro and nano.

A unit equates to one minute of an incoming/outgoing call or 1 MB of mobile internet. Units have been introduced to support our clients’ communication habits – feel free to choose between calls or data with your Noble tariff plan.

Noble SIM cards offers full worldwide GSM services in 235 countries. No apps, callbacks or IP-telephony needed. Noble offers a fixed monthly fee for international roaming, with no hidden charges.

BECOMING A NOBLE CLIENT

Just fill in an online callback request form, and your personal Noble manager will call you to guide you through the details.

Noble provides international numbers with a +1 (USA) code. In addition to your international Noble number, you can connect multiple lines for incoming calls from more than 60 countries. So your business partners, friends and family can reach you on a local number from the country they are in.

You will get a new phone number starting with +1 (USA). Additionally, you can setup a call redirection from your current number to your new Noble number.

In addition to your fixed Noble number you can connect multiple lines for incoming calls from more than 60 countries, meaning that your business partners, friends and family can reach you on a local number no matter what country they are in.

Noble subscribers have a number of additional local lines included into their tariff plans. Cost of an extra local line not included into the tariff is 25 USD per month.

Additional local lines are used for incoming calls only. Text messages should be sent to the international Noble number starting with +1 (USA).

Noble will develop a proposal specifically for your business needs to optimize international mobile services costs. We offer one agreement for any number of users with separate numbers and individual unit plans.

Noble can provide you with a unique Platinum number (i. e., + 1-777-xxx-77). The Platinum number belongs exclusively to the customer and can be transferred to any operator.

USING THE NOBLE SERVICES

The receiver will see your international number starting with +1 (USA) on their phone screen.

In countries where Noble has roaming agreements with several carriers, it is possible to switch from one GSM operator’s mobile network to another if needed.

We closely follow new technologies, in order to make sure that we offer the best voice and high-speed internet connection. To receive an up-to-date list of countries where this service is supported, please contact our customer support.

This service is available at a cost of 250 USD per month.

To terminate the contract, you should contact your personal manager or the technical support team.

BILLING

Noble subscribers get their bills on registered email address (information about usage of units and SMS can be sent upon request). The bills can be paid via bank transfer or by setting up an automated bill payment using a credit card.

In case of payment not being received more than 14 days after the issue of the bill, the Noble number will be blocked.

In this situation, every additional 500 units will cost 125 USD. If the subscriber continues to exceed the unit limit, s/he will be contacted by personal manager in order to work out a more suitable tariff plan.
